When a meter read is entered in e-automate manually or using e-agent task it shows up under the history table of the equipment. We started using a plug in to import meter reads from Canon (uses PIP) but the readings are showing up in the meter reading console but not in the equipment history table. As per E-automate Case ID: 03453897 solution by the product support specialist, the APIs might not have access to the history table and that is why it is not showing the history. Our company Algoma Office Equipment uses the equipment history for creating various internal and external reports for which we need this meter reding history to show up under the equipment history table. Otherwise, we have to go back and forth between the meter reading console and the equipment history table to create our reports which is hectic and time consuming. If you can please develop the program to meet our needs that would be great. Hope to hear from e-automate soon.
