The system looks at Sales orders and warns you based on "days to look back" established by admin on the Sales Options area. From there the system is only flagging Duplicate orders for Equipment that is on a Current contract only. We believe it should have more options for what equipment to look at, or have it look at ALL equipment regardless of current or old contract. Issues we run into are when we "renew" a contract as the system is designed to do, it wipes the slate clean, and those warnings go away.
