Our AR team is in need of a way to quickly send receipts to customers, especially in cases where a single payment was applied to multiple invoices.
For sending copies of invoices, they like the feature of the quick right-click and email from the AR console. But by contrast to send what works as a customer receipt, they have to right-click the payment row, print-preview the Cash Receipts Journal, save it to a location on their workstation, and email that file from a separate mail client.
