Prior to moving our system to ECi hosted we had update spreadsheet templates that were macro enabled and could bulk update. In particular equipment records for default technician - we could pull the data out, make changes and push the changes back into the database. Now that we are hosted - we can't do that efficiently. We make changes to default technician designation in equipment records on a regular basis - often hundreds at once. The bulk update utility doesn't allow us to use the quicksearch filters efficient enough to do these in bulk and as efficient as the on-prem spreadsheet utilities. We would like to get a spreadsheet utility that will allow adds/removes and changes to the default technician field in equipment - not just new records.
