Fix Poor Code where multiple Miscellaneous Contract Charges are grouped into one line on invoices. Each should be their own line.
With tariffs and wanting to charge for early toner removals EA currently combines both charges, and customers can not see what each charge is for as the invoice combines them into one line, one total.
