Please increase the 1024 character limit on remarks in e-automate. We’re running into this limitation fairly frequently on calls as we try to document things well so we can see it in history.
Worse it doesn’t even notify techs when they exceed it when using remote tech, there should at least be a warning on this. When you save, it will appear to save, then when you come back the information is gone. We lost a long history trail for a major customer on a complicated call and have no way to retrieve it now as the tech was keeping notes in remote tech.
