Add Option to copy Sales Rep Assigned to Customer when emailing Service Call Summary

Sales Rep's have a hard time tracking what is going on in their accounts. Often times the sales rep finds out about something a Tech did, when they get a call from a customer and the sales rep does not have any evidence to know what actually happened. It would be great if I could program an option to always CC the sales rep assigned to a customer whenever a Service Call Summary is emailed out to keep the Sales Rep in the loop of what is actually happening.
