Please provide location address and device location remark columns on the Meter
Console and Service Call screens/pages as I use them to
1. Ensure all managed devices are reporting in Printanista and their meters are getting
into eAutomate
2. Try to determine the Printanista account/DCA that devices should be reporting to
based on where eAutomate says the device is physically.
(but the Meter Console and Service Call screens only have the customer address not
the location address and device location remark {which can also provide
additional clarification on the device's location - perhaps the device is on the second
floor which for some reason is a separate isolated network}}.
3. Investigate why the device is reporting to Printanista but the Printanista meters are not
getting into eautomate.
