Occasionally, customers request a quote before a repair is made. It would be beneficial to have a tab or button that takes the existing data (customer info, labor, fees, etc.) and generates a customizable quote with the option to add additional labor, parts, contractor quotes, etc. This could then be printed to PDF and saved or attached to the work order. When the customer approves the quote and the work is completed, click a "button" to apply that quote to the work order for invoicing.
