It would be useful in cases of larger companies where not everyone may be known to each other.
Currently, I can sort by "Is Technician" but not every "technician" is our system is the same type and having a job title field in order to see Field Technicians versus a Warehouse Technician.
This would be beneficial to administrators and analysts, as we would be able to see at a glance the official job title of a user and assign permissions accordingly, or run reports with EViews for employees with a specific job title.
It would be better if it was a free text field, rather than a drop-down from pre-built job titles like other sections of EAuto. Additionally, it should also appear as a column in the Employee/Contractors section of EAuto.
