Feature Request: Enhanced Country and Region Support for Manifest Feature in JumpTrack

We are based in St. Lucia in the Caribbean and have encountered a significant limitation with the Manifest feature in JumpTrack. While our addresses are correctly sent to JumpTrack when we create sales orders in eAutomate, we are unable to utilize the Manifest feature effectively for our courier deliveries.

Key Issues:

  1. Imports Failing: The required fields for importing data into the Manifest feature are not recognized, leading to unsuccessful imports.

  2. Manual Entry Restrictions: The required fields, such as "State" and "Province," are restricted to pre-filled dropdown menus designed for regions like the USA and Canada, making manual entry impractical for our local addresses.

Why This Matters:

Being able to manually enter or import data into the Manifest feature is critical for our operations. Our drivers handle a wide range of deliveries, including non-product pickups and drop-offs, in addition to regular product deliveries. The current restrictions hinder our efficiency and create unnecessary manual workarounds.

Suggested Enhancement:

We request the addition or customization of a broader country and region selection to accommodate unique regions such as ours. This would allow us to fully utilize the Manifest feature and streamline our delivery processes.
