As per ref subject, This is very importent for an ERP to lock the sales order once it fullfillied.Becuase after fullfilling the SO invoices is genrated based on SO prices, qty etc.And after raising invoice it must not be changed.Other wise user can change price,Qty after fullfilled of SO.
