When an order is placed via E-Info, there are various actions that cause the exact same (very generic) e-mail to be sent out to a customer. Converting a sales quote to a sales order will e-mail the customer. Then, the customer receives the exact same e-mail any time a shipment is created inside E-Automate. If I were to repeatedly ship/reverse/ship/reverse/ship/reverse, a customer would get an identical e-mail every single time. At the very least, Dealers should have the option to cut off the order confirmations. If they aren't going to provide valuable insight, I'd rather my customers not receive them at all.
