I'm curious if you have a services status page for all of your cloud services you offer? We had an issue on Friday with Knowledge sync, that is now functioning normally. When I was looking through the ECI service portal, I couldn't find any status updates.
Something like this would be great to see if there are any hiccups with our service before we call.
