I think it would be so useful if the front of the AR Console, when you choose a customer, had a spot for AR specific alerts/notes. I am aware that there are customer tasks and notes tabs, but they do not show up right when you pull up the customer and sometimes there are things I would want to be right in front of you (COD, difficult collection situations, customer status, that sort of thing). I imagine it on the top right where there is blank space, or an ability to create an AR pop up message.
