I noticed that Australia recently became able to process "direct debit" payments, which we call "pre-authorized" payments in Canada. There is not currently a way for us to do this in e-automate. We process many client payments this way and have to manually enter these payments through our online banking system and then go back to e-automate to confirm payments. It's very tedious. We indicate "pre-authorized" in the payment terms to help customers identify their account is set up this way but it would be better if we could have a stamp similar to the credit card one so it is very clear to customers not to remit a duplicate payment.
