We are in Canada and use EFT to pay our vendors. I can set up my vendors with EFT information and have e-automate send payment remittances by email automatically. The problem is that e-automate will only accept American routing numbers so the file generated by e-automate to upload to our bank for processing does not work because they do not have Canadian routing numbers.

I agree. I've been asking for years. These days everyone wants to be paid by EFT. Please configure for us Canadian customers.
