There is a glitch when adding Items "Serviceable as item" to a contract. After clicking the Item radio button under the Equipment/Item tab on the contract, the list does not populate unless you do one of the following steps below. This is a very cumbersome process for adding Items to a contract.
Under Equipment radio button – select “No filter” then switch to Item and the list populates.
Under Item radio button – select “Filter” and Show only equipment items > then go back and select “No Filter” and the list populates
