We have engineers covering other engineers when either busy, sick, AL etc so the original engineer who has the parts assigned to him can’t always transfer to that engineer doing the RF for them
The engineer fitting the parts needs to contact our service control & they need to change it on EA for them to close the call down.
I would prefer this to be more automated, so the engineer doesn’t have to contact the service control for every covered RF call.
We will have to carry on with the workaround and ask service control to amend every time.
