The ILC is not consolidating PO's when the Ship-To address is the same for multiple transactions. This is causing numerous individual PO's for service calls needed items for Techs that pick up their parts from an office. We need the ILC to consolidate PO's that have the same Ship-To address. If we attempt to use the Parent warehouse for receiving to consolidate PO's, then there are issues with the ILC not creating Transfers to transfer from the Parent to the Tech carstock warehouse. Also, the service call has the Tech's carstock as the warehouse, which it is not available, and the items are showing as available in the Parent warehouse.
