Parent/child relationships are not available on RMA’s
It makes shipping and returning machines with accessories a hassle having to do them after the fact.
It also gives you the message that Parent and child items should be invoiced together, even though the child items are on the RMA, it doesn't recognize them as child items, only as individual items. (Example attached)
We have been hoping for a while that this was in the works to be added?
