Customers are getting status notification alerts when they enter a supply order in EA. However, a notification is sent every time the order is updated in EA, sometimes weeks after it has been delivered, and the emails are showing to be coming from the person who edits the order in EA. We would prefer these to come from our supplies@novatech.net email address instead so that customer replies get directed to our customer service team instead of individuals on our procurement team or other admins.
