We recently had an issue where the e-info website stopped sending password reset confirmations. It turns out the e-mail credentials used for the authentication were not correct.
User updated their information right away in e-auto but the settings configured for e-mail auth in e-Auto don't seem to pass through in any way to e-Info.
Perhaps adding an option in E-Automate>Tools>(etc) for users to send these kinds of updates?
