I spend my day in the dispatch console and I can easily have 50 service calls listed at various stages of completion. All of those lines can easily bleed together when you're looking at them. Since you've organized it like a spreadsheet anyway, why differentiate each line with alternating color; grayscale would be fine. Also, with 50 lines, it would be nice if there were a search bar. I know we have the filter, and I use that daily, but if I need a quick search for a specific customer, for example, it would be nice if I could quickly type it into a search bar and find all instances of that search. And it should apply to any cell/column.
