Automatically turn on 'use automatic meter requests' when FMAudit stops reporting

When we activate FMAudit at a customer site, we 'uncheck' the 'Use Automatic Meter Requests' checkbox. My suggestion is to have eAutomate look at the account / eq in FMAudit and if it is no longer reporting, turn the 'Use Automatic Meter Requests'...

Quarterly Frequency

there is no frequency for quarterly reporting and this is a highly used frequency for most companies I have worked for.
